The introduction took two days. The agent knew the Portland market better in the first phone call than three other agents knew it combined.

01

We review your inquiry

A real person reads your submission and assesses whether our network has the right agent match for your specific criteria and target market. This is not automated.

02

We respond with clarity

You receive either a proposed referral introduction with agent background, or an honest message explaining why we are not the right resource for your situation.

03

You approve before any introduction

If we identify a referral match, you receive the agent's name, background, and specialization first. You approve the introduction before we make it.

Common Questions

What buyers ask before submitting an inquiry.

Does submitting an inquiry cost anything?

No. There is no fee for buyers at any point in this process. The platform operates on referral relationships with agents in each market. Buyers never pay for introductions or intelligence.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

No. Your email is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to any automated sequence without your explicit consent. You will not receive unsolicited follow-up.

What if I am not ready to buy yet?

That is fine. Many inquiry submitters are 6 to 18 months from a purchase. An early inquiry often leads to better positioning when the timeline tightens, because the agent relationship is already established.

What if you do not cover my target market?

We will tell you directly. We cover 15 specific New England communities. If your target market is not among them, we say so honestly and where possible suggest how to find a qualified specialist independently.

What makes your referred agents different?

Every agent in the network is verified on transaction concentration in their specific community. We do not work with agents who operate across wide geographies or who lead teams that hand buyers off to junior staff.

Are Connecticut market inquiries handled differently?

Yes. Peter Tumbas holds a Connecticut real estate license (RES.0836133) and can directly represent buyers and sellers in all six Connecticut markets covered by this platform. For CT markets, the inquiry may lead to direct representation rather than a referral introduction.

Not sure which market yet?
The intelligence section is the right first step.

Read the buyer guides and market comparisons before you submit an inquiry. Buyers who arrive with market context move faster once the introduction is made.
